You will have the same chance of getting tickets as the other ZVIP’s.  We cannot guarantee tickets, but since you’re a ZVIP you will have a much greater chance of getting tickets to the Z100 concerts!

Why should I register as a ZVIP if I only want to buy Z100’s Jingle Ball tickets?  Why can’t I just call TicketMaster or go to any outlet to purchase them myself?
Seats for Z100 concerts (Zootopia and Jingle Ball) can only be purchased by ZVIP members… as a way of making sure the most loyal fans of Z100 music get their shot!   In addition to this perk, ZVIPs also get the inside scoop on Z100 – free events, concerts and music information delivered to them weekly via e-mail!

It's five minutes after the pre-sale has started and TicketMaster has informed me that the tickets have SOLD OUT - How is that possible?  What do I do when this happens?
Z100 concerts sell out very quickly!  Jingle Ball is the hottest annual concerts in New York City!  We wish we could have tickets for everyone; however venue size limits the amout of tickets that can be sold.  If you were not able to purchase tickets, please keep your radios locked to Z100 because we will be giving away tons of tickets to Z100’s Jingle Ball!  There are also lots of ways to win right here at z100.com.  Check out our Ways To Win Page.

I'm a ZVIP and I DIDN'T GET THE TICKETS THAT I WANTED THROUGH THE PRESALE - Can I exchange those tickets for other seats?
The tickets that you purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable based upon ticketmasters policies (as with all other concerts). 

I've received the password to participate for the ticket PRESALE and I've done everything as instructed but I'm still having trouble - WHY?

Why is there a ticket purchase restriction for ZVIPs?
We try to accommodate all of our ZVIPs – to make it fair; we have to limit the amount of tickets each ZVIP can purchase so as many ZVIPs can take advantage of this perk as possible. 

I have a son/daughter that is UNDER 18 years of age – Is Z100’s Jingle Ball appropriate for them?
Absolutely!  Z100 shows directly reflect the music that is played on Z100 every day.

How do I obtain backstage passes for Z100’s Jingle Ball?
Due to limited physical space backstage, backstage passes are not available to anyone who is not an artist performing, or someone who is directly involved with production of the show.

I just registered as a ZVIP BEFORE THE PRESALE and I HAVEN'T received any confirmation/password for this - WHAT HAPPENED?

I won a contest through Z100 and was wondering how long do I have to wait to enter another contest through the station?

What if I won tickets for Jingle Ball and I am unable to attend - Can I exchange those tickets for another date or give the tickets to someone else?
Exchange of prizing depends on the specific prizing and contest, however generally trips are not transferable, however other material prizing (such as tickets) are yours to do what you wish with once they arrive in the mail or are picked up.  Tickets, trips and other prizing are however not available for switch in regard to the prizing itself (show dates, etc)

I'm a huge fan of a "recording artist, actor/actress" and they were on Z100 or at Jingle Ball - Is it possible for the station to deliver a package/letter for me to them or can I just stop by and give it to them?
The best way to ensure that your correspondence or package is received is to go to the specific artist’s website and get instructions.  Use z100.com’s Search/Keyword box to locate their website.

I won tickets for Jingle Ball on the air - Are the seats good?  Where will I be sitting?
Seat locations are selected at random for all winners when the tickets arrive to Z100.  They are then shipped immediately to winners, so you will know your seat location immediately after we do!

Are we allowed to bring cameras to Madison Square Garden for Z100's Jingle Ball 2007?
Yes!
